There is no such term. Every time a surgeon conducts a circumcision, he is going to do a complete job which entails cutting around the entire skin. Some cut more than others. Every job is considered a full circumcision. There is another surgery known as a dorsal slit in which only a slit is cut on the dorsal (upper) side of the foreskin. In an adult freehand circumcision, the dorsal slit is normally the first step the surgeon takes in doing the job.
Previously, I addressed your question regarding sutures. If they cut off your skin, they are going to sew the raw edges together.
