You're right, I wasn't told. I suppose my family doesn't really talk about things like that in the open. I sure I could pull it back when I was very young but I was probably too scared to do it often enough for it to stay retractable.

It does balloon all the way back but it doesn't really go behind the head, it just goes to the end of it. Does that mean it is seperated or not?!
