If I stretch might my foreskin become trapped

I have seriously considered stretching to enable me to pull my foreskin away over my gland. However I am very concerned about what I have been reading about the fact that the foreskin can become trapped behind the head of the penis and that this is considered a 'medical emergency'. Will me doing stretching exercises put me at risk to this happening?
