I see your problem. As you realise, any doctor can prescribe the cream, if he has some competence in this area. The danger in seeing a specialist is that his actual specialty may be cutting rather than treating a problem.

Bad place to find a doctor competent in foreskin management. Nevertheless, if you need to, best I can advise is that you contact NOCIRC for advice on one.

Look, frankly, Joe, you haven't. This is in the category of "urban myths", modern-day "fairy stories" that people tell to frighten, entertain or even manipulate others. A wife may leave a husband for many reasons, but - this won't be one.
