yes to be honest I think I do. I haven't tried this a lot. I just did it once yesterday and once for a very short time in the shower today however I was suprised to realise that i could stretch the foreskin back further when I was not in the shower. I thought the water would have provided lubrication. Im still not sure of the exact technique I should be using though and the head of my penis is extremely sensitive. If I touch it directly I feel pain.
