OK, the water is not for lubrication but for warming up the skin to make it more pliable and stretchable. It works for everyone else, so it should work for you too unless you take cold showers.

If you can grasp both sides of your foreskin at one time, do so and pull to each side, separating them. Hold this for five to ten minutes at a time, and do it a couple of times per day.

If the skin is so tight that you can't get hold of both sides, pull it forward away from your body. Doing this for a few days should loosen it sufficiently so that you are able to grasp both sides at once.

Be patient and don't try to accomplish too much at one time. Those who give up have expected overnight results, and that won't be the case. It may take a week before you notice the new stretchability, or it could happen in two to three days, but it won't be cured that fast. What happens is that you are pulling apart the skin cells and creating little gaps into which new cells will form. They take time to build, so that's where the patience comes into play.

Also, when you pee, pull the skin back as far as you can every time, and if you have the privacy, hold it back for several minutes. During play time, pull it back and incorporate the skin in your little routine. In the unlikely event that the skin does go behind the corona, use the technique outlined by 28/f.

Keep in touch so we can help you through the process. Setbacks are to be expected occasionally, but like in sports, you go on. OK?
