It is quite common for a guy your age to suddenly wake up and learn more about how his body works. Don't worry, your within the normal range. By 15, it is true that most guys can pull back their skins, but there are plenty of others who can't until early 20s. As Dr Paul B has stated, you need to look back over the earlier posts and read the advice given to others who have inquired about exactly the same concern as yours. Those who were smart enough to take the advice on stretching have either completely and permanently solved their problem or they are in the process of working it out. I'll give you a free hint. Stretching is all it takes, and it's free; free of cost, and free of the embarassment of having to bring up such a topic with any adults such as parents or doctors you might know. It the very thing that all of those other boys who can already retract have unwittingly done, starting when they were little tykes. You most likely tries doing the very same thing and your mom told you it was nasty to pull at your penis. Well, so much for what she knows about penises, so why would you want her advice now?

This site has had phenominal success with young men just as you in getting them to take charge of their own bodies and work things out. You can do it. Beware that there are a very well organized band of perverts who would have you believe otherwise. Their only goal in life is to trap kids like you into believing that your situation is hopeless, and that you have to see a doctor to have your foreskin cut off. Don't fall for their "Would you like some candy little boy?" routine. After you have looked over the stretching information, please ask any questions you might have on how to do it yourself. OK? We're here to help.
