Tee hee, I just can't resist on this one! Did he not just write "i have not been able to retract my foreskin"? So that is in point of fact the actual diagnosis - "not been able to retract my foreskin" means pretty clearly and specifically that his problem is: he isn't able to retract his foreskin - it's perfectly plain in black and white.
Mind you, since he also says he has found some smegma, than that tells us that he can retract it at least a little bit.
So you say that he has to go to a doctor to be told that his foreskin won't come back as it should? Why?
