Well now, that's what the Americans call a "no-brainer". It's in his very first sentence: "Since as long as i can remember, i have not been able to retract my foreskin. i thought this was completely normal". He hadn't been able to retract his foreskin, because - he thought it was completely normal not to be able to retract his foreskin.

Wow! Naturally if he thought it wouldn't retract, he didn't try to retract and, lo and behold!, - it didn't retract!

Pretty obvious when you think about it, eh?

Perhaps I had better clarify - it's an education problem, and most of the cases of non-retractile foreskins are just that, which is the import of the Beaugé study.
