I am sorry if I have offended anybody by asking about partial circumcision....I am honestly trying to make the right decision.

The reason I ask about the partial circumcision is because I have actually known someone who had this done (as a baby no doubt) and the shaft if the penis retained all of it's elasticity and the head was only partly (about 1/3) covered by the foreskin and there was no skin left hanging over the end of the penis. I am sensitive to issues of mutilation and that is why I am not plunging ahead and making these choices without any forethought like many many people do.
