In today's world, with all the information about this subject, there is no excuse good enough for any parent to decide to have his kid mutilated. Doing so constitutes child endangerment for your part, and sexual molestation and abuse for the doctor's part. Consider yourself forewarned. As a Canadian, if you chose to do it, you will make yourself liable for a big fat lawsuit when your son realizes what you did to him.
