Jose, what Jim suggests above can be very dangerous. I'd strongly suggest that you consult your doctor before messing about shoving and taping things to your penis, and dicuss the pros and cons with him. Once he stops laughing and realizes you are serious, ask him (an actual doctor) why he thinks it is such a bad/dangerous idea. It is only the minority of the hardcore anti-circ groups that suggest this method. If it's going to work then stretching on its own will work fine (there's a thread that may interest about this debate between two anti-circ people here).
Oh, and Jim, you never did answer the question:
