I am 19 years old. My foreskin has always been over the head of my penis whether im errect or not. About a year ago for the first time I pulled my foreskin all the way back off the head but still my forskin normally doesnt retract. when I am not errect I can pull it all the way back but then it is still tight and has the 'hourglass' effect, and when i am fully errect the forskin still totally covers it but I can pull it back a little bit with ease and it is almost but not impossible (and painful) to get the foreskin to fully retract and whenever I can do it it ussually just getts pulled back over naturally.

I have masturbated for about ten years and just thought I was normal but recently it has really began to bother me. I am really worried and I dont not what is specifically wrong with me or what I can do about it.
