What kind of medical treatment are you seeking? Is it for the premature ejaculation, the tight foreskin or the accident? If you could please be a little more specific, perhaps we can be of more help.
Are you able to get a small cotton swab under the skin to see if the deposit may be just smegma? It could be as simple as that, or you may have a small cyst. Try the swab to see if any of it can be removed.
