The risk of which you have concern would be valid if you were only nine years old or you were mentally challenged. You're an adult or very close to being one, aren't you? Don't you think it's time to take charge of your life and start solving some of your own problems in spite of risks?

You will make such swift progress once you start that such a risk is minimal or nonexistant. What causes it is panic more than anything. If you were to experience some difficulty in getting the skin to come back over the head, you simply pinch the head to release the blood, and the skin sill be allowed to come back. It's a matter of taking charge rather than acting immature.

Do you need any instructions on what to do regarding stretching?
