Frenoplasty Healing - Question

Hi... I had a frenoplasty done to relieve a short frenulum. It was done on friday and I'm happy to say it's healing really well, the disolvable stitches have disolved already, and apart from it looking a bit red (as you'd expect) it's ok...

But...

When I pulled the foreskin back today in the bath (the first tme I'd tried since the op) I noticed 2 white hard bumps where the cut had been made... it looks like small lumps of dry skin, d'you think these will rub off or fall off in time? Otherwise it's going to make my penis a really really odd shape...
