I haven't heard of this Tommy, but if you find it uncomfortable, or that you are losing sensitivity, you can stretch it longer, just like the foreskin restorers do. Just rest the back part of a biro against the glans, pull the foreskin over it, put some medical tape right around the foreskin that is over the pen, and take the pen out when you've done that. You will then have a tube of tape over your protruding foreskin, with a hole in the centre for peeing, and your erections will stretch it to once again make it nice and sensitive in there. Hope you give it a go.
