Hi Tim,

You won't need a partial circumcision to resolve a tight frenulum. If you go the surgical route then it's a very quick procedure (it takes about 10 minutes from beginning to end). If you decide to get the stretching route, then I'd strongly suggest you speak to your doctor or specialist(someone you know is a real doctor and not just some guy on the internet that says he is or knows me than an a real doctor) and discuss the pros and cons with him.
