No offence to you mate (for associating with her), but well, she's intellectually blonde, isn't she?
There is no answer to her really, the crowning achievement of ignorance, is the total ignorance of how ignorant one is oneself.
But if anything, I'd go along the lines of asking her when she plans to get "done", presumably prior to marriage. Because even she must realise how much worse than under a foreskin, it is inside her labia.
Few people realise for example, that vulval cancer in women is at least as common as cancer of the penis in men. It's not something you talk about, apparently.
