It goes to show that a little knowledge can be a dangerous thing. Friends are horrified that you are intact and normal? Give them a copy of Kristen O'Hara's book: Sex As Nature Intended It, c 2001. If they are still horrified after reading the book...well, you'd better start wondering what's with your friends. There's nothing more horrifying than a dead mind, or one possessing a certain erotic interest in circumcision itself, as do many Americans. This prejudice has led me to a painful distancing from a dear friend, as it signifies a certain inability to come to terms with reality. Truth is the only basis for a lasting relationship. You may have painful decisions to make of your own, especially in line with the advanced thinking in Canada on the subject of circumcision.
