I know someone who got hurt doing just what AJ suggests...seeing a Doctor. In fact he saw several, and they all recommended the same thing: circumcision. The fellow, lacking any other information, and completely at a loss to how to otherwise solve the 'problem' of phimosis, (internet sites did not exist at the time) reluctantly agreed to the operation, only to discover the horrible truth: circumcision is far more hurtful than phimosis itself. I can attest to the fact, as the fellow was me. So, if you really want to be scared, see a Doctor and submit to the knife.
You have discovered here an easy, painless, simplified manner of solving the 'problem' of phimosis. Use it, and laugh at the so-called Doctors, most of whom in the USA know only the circumcised penis. For all of their academic training, titles and certificates, most of them possess less knowledge of male genitalia than do you. It's your privilege now, to teach them.

>Wonderful. Now you know the truth, and the truth will set you free.
>>Continue your stretching. For one thing, if you don't, the skin will relax and revert back to its tightness. Additionally, your description indicates that the frenar band is still tight and needs more work.
>>Pulling the skin further down the shaft won't necessarily produce any better results for you sexually. There are many men who can do only what you already are able to do, but it would be great if you could loosen it some more to allow that retraction.
>>As for your girlfriend's attitude, try to be gentle and understanding, but suggest to her that you are accepting her as she is, and that you expect the same from her. Love is not about changing another person or trying to control them. It's about changing oneself to adjust to that other person. To think otherwise is to plan for failure in marriage.
>>I don't recommend trying to keep the skin back while asleep. Stretching 24/7 is not any more effective than doing it just while awake. If you wish to use a stretching device, do it also while you are awake. This allows you to monitor its use. Try wearing briefs instead of boxers and you'll most likely have better luck at keeping everything in place. Dr Paul has previously suggested putting the larger end in first to wedge it in place. Have you tried this?
>do u know anybody who got hurt doing this? AJ has me scared. Should I ask the doctor. I don't want him to laugh at me.
