Ah! So you read Jim's advice and actually started doing something. Now we're talking!
> and held it there for about 2 mins,
Probably long enough for your erection to fade a little. So you now know what to do - just keep doing it at least three times a day.
> usually if i held it like that and released it would roll back up. This time it stayed there and i had to pull it back up. is this normal?
Why would it not be - under the circumstances? What a curious thing to ask. Of course, when you've completed the procedure in some weeks time, it will slip merrily back and forth with ease, but for now, you've some practice/ exercise to do. As Jim always says - you need to understand this as training for a sport. You don't become a major league player overnight and though you probably are unlikely to become one, I can confidently say that no-one ever became one without training, if you follow.

Exciting, isn't it? Actually doing something!
> the tight area squeezed my glans in the center, it doesnt just.
Funny English, but - yes, it has squeezed a little of the blood out of that part of the "pump-up" mechanism of the penis (quite fascinating stuff to actually see on the inside, I must add! ;-) so that part has become softer, causing a "dip" in which the skin rests.
> is that safe?
Well, it disappeared as soon as you pulled the skin forward again, didn't it? And the point is, are you safe? Have you read all the previous materials that I pointed you to, so that you understand that if it did pull back behind the glans, you simply squeeze the glans to shrink it - like you just did in a manner of speaking, and get a good grip on the skin on each side, and pull it forward again?
