The whole purpose of lubrication, is to force nothing. If your partner is lubricated, there is little movement of your foreskin if it is so tight, and if she is not, it hurts her.

Or peeing. Well, that tells you the answer, doesn't it?

If you have sex "as is", I fancy you will enjoy it. Particularly with a partner who has either not had children, or has done so but chosen to look after herself and keep her vaginal muscles tight, the major stimulus to the glans is not rubbing, that is, friction, but the "rippling" of the (vaginal) muscles and ridges over the penis, which movement the foreskin will transmit quite well - just as it already does when you masturbate. And being concealed, your glans is at maximum sensitivity.

There will however be some reduction in the feeling due to the foreskin remaining over the glans, which would be more noticeable with the more subtle(!) massage from a looser vagina, as many women have following childbirth. So, it is desirable by stretching, to "convert" your non-retracting foreskin, to the fully-sliding variety. That it will still be mostly covered, will keep the glans almost as sensitive as ever.

Now, your description implies that there may be "adhesions" sticking the foreskin to the glans, as you should be able to move the opening all over the glans and inspect the various parts. To demonstrate this, "balloon" your foreskin by holding the end tight and inflating it with pee. It should be quite separate from the glans all around except for the very underneath.

If it is not, or if the attachment at the underneath appears to be particularly tight, the additional exercise you need to perform is to pull your foreskin forward away from the glans, so as to pull the adhesions free. If they part, you may get some irritation and stinging particularly when you pee, for a while, but that would demonstrate that an adhesion has parted. You just might tear your fraenulum, but you are pretty unlikely to tear intact skin simply by pulling on it.
