Right. You will need a lot lubrication - end of story. If there isn't sufficient then there's a real good chance of pain and possibly injury.

Before you try any stretching exersizes I would strongly suggest you speak to your doctor (a real doctor) or a specialist; if only to get a cream to make it easier and the chances of success better. The ludicrous suggestion of shoving corks down your foreskin is dangerous. Speak to your doctor and see what he says about it. He's not going to think it's a good idea.
