The use of this device is generally only offered to people by you, Jim. No actual medical establishments in the Western world "offer" this bizarre suggestion. Indeed, there was an obscure bunch of folks in China that did a test (the ones who also drowned baby girls to stem a population boom) but that's it. I'm curious as to what experience you bring to the table with this method. You are an unqualified circumcised guy that says he's been involved in stretching phimosis for 17 years. Seems a bit odd. Care to elaborate? I don't understand why you are so afraid to have a real doctor give an opinion on this idea of yours.

Jim, if you ever had a foreskin of your own, then you would know: Any man can get a grip on his own foreskin, regardless of how much it covers the head. He just has to use his hands and hold his penis.
