Dr. AJ, of course, not having a foreskin anymore (and never having had a working one ever, which he only half-heartedly tried to stretch, not realising how and what to do), can't know better. He doesn't know it's VERY hard to cause damage to your skin on your own, by your own hands -- unless you want to drive yourself in a lot of pain.
