tight foreskin

i have a very tight foreskin, just like most of these men on this site. i can't even see my glans because the opening is so small and the connection (freleum) is so tight or short. i also can't even have sex because it will force the foreskin to pull back when i try to have intercourse; this hurts. and i don't find that the stretching is working either, what can i do?

i am from MNN of the U.S. is there any lubrication i can get without a doctor's prescription?
