If you are finding that you are not having success with the stretching side of things, then you might well consider the surgical options. Each of which are detailed at the site that hosts this forum. It might also be advisable to speak to your doctor or a specialist to discuss them.

I would imagine it's the same for you guys in the US as it is for us in the UK. Just go to your local pharmacy and get some over-the-counter lubricants.
