Streaching/Tight Foreskin

Hello,

I'm looking for some advise and guidance on how to strech the tight tissue that links the foreskin to the penis, as mine is very tight, and when erect cannot go fully over the glands, I do not have a problem when it is not arroused though

Any help would be greatly appriciated!
