That consideration is so far into the future I think you can assume you will have sorted the problem out a long time before. Which you will if you get going now.

In the remote consideration that you desire a pregnancy, no, you can't use a condom. But then, even as you are, without the condom you are in no different situation than a circumcised man - he can't pull his foreskin back either, so has to make sure his partner is well lubricated to allow him to slip in, or may have to use a lubricant.

But why would not being able to pull your foreskin back, stop you doing that? Possibly more to the point, why do you think that vaginal penetration and thrusting is in any way connected with a wife's satisfaction?
