The name(s) says (say) it all, more or less.
Lichen - crusting and scaling in irregular spots, colour change (reddening).
Sclerosis - thickening and hardening (under the scales), smooth areas,
Atrophicus - scarring and shrinkingBalanitis - inflammation of the penile glans (that is; head, not the foreskin, which is "Posthitis")
Xerosis - dryness/ hardness/ smoothness
Obliterans - shrinks the foreskin causing phimosis, or the urethral meatus causing stenosis or tightening obstructing urine flow.
