Stretching aid

i have had a problem with my foreskin pulling back over the head of my penis for a while now... and recently i have started stretching the fore skin, with some progress...
i have been using sterilized nickles and inserting them into the foreskin and haveing them come out a bit to the point where they stretch the foreskin....
but within the last few days i have noticed that they wouldnt stay in place, which proves they've stretched the "ring"...... (i used nickles and such because i could not get a hold of the tight ring to stretch)
i was wondering what else i could do.. (still cannot get a hold of the ring to stretch by hand)
also looking for other peoples opinions
