I assume you mean using the ointment. {:-)}

This primarily suggests that you have a bit of a problem with "Thrush" - Candida Albicans infection, which produces a white adherent material and inflammation of the skin. To eradicate this you may need to use either an imidazole cream such as clotrimazole (Canesten, Clonea), or an oral treatment such as Ketoconazole (Nizoral) or perhaps Fluconazole (Diflucan), for a week or two to allow the skin to recover its integrity, before you can stretch effectively (and perhaps more gently).

And when you do use the ointment after it is healed, you might note if you have not already, my instructions on exactly where to apply it.

Those symptoms are more of Thrush. Before you treat (anything as) LSA, you must have a biopsy to prove it, or as in anything, you might do more harm than good. Remember it is rare, and Thrush is common.

Perhaps you might describe your progress to this point in more detail - how old, whether you could previously retract and over what time you developed phimosis and how severe, whether you have seen a doctor, how this affects sex etc..
