Pretty chaotic post, man :] Well, if it rolls back when flaccid, there is absolutely no problem serious enough to have a doc chop your foreskin off. And if it rolled back when you had sex -- you were most probably erect then --, you might just need to loosen the skin up (it caused a little pain when pulling back erect, so that means it's probably a little bit tight)
According to your description... I wouldn't worry this much if I were you; it seems to function very well.
