Thanks for reporting back David. Yes, it works, and it will work every time, but you're right that it's not for everyone. Some people are just too stupid to understand that their bodies are their own, and that they must take charge of the care of them. You have shown that you are one of the smart ones who understands what taking charge means. Now you can take forth this sense of accomplishment into any other aspect of life. If you set your mind to it, there is nothing that you cannot do.
