Read David's contribution which posted right after yours. Note also that the responder Jake is another successful stretcher. If you'll take the time to go back through the archives and read some of the comments, you'll see that there are many guys who have succeeded in following instructions and getting results.
Your particular situation can easily be solved in a matter of a few weeks.
