To the extent that you are serious asking these questions (your glib comment about "Needed to get it cut for medical reason." suggests that you are either not serious, or significantly intellectually challenged), you should have come to this forum before having an irreversible genital mutilation (which was advertised to you as a "medical operation").
But in summary, hey, yes, it is normal for a circumcision. Enjoy it, because it is yours for a lifetime! Well, not really, the feeling will settle down as it on the one hand, stretches, and also numbs out with time.
