It's doubtful it would be so sticky it'd actually injure it, though the stickiness isn't unknown to me or my partner, Vimmy (who has suffered from phimosis for a while and has also followed stretching exercises, and now is in a lot better condition than before). I'm not sure what could be done against it. My own glans is used enough to being touched so that I don't really mind the whole thing being sticky. More moisture definitely helps, but that you know already; I don't know of any better solution there.
