What Jim suggests in his above post can be very dangerous. If you are considering shoving "bottle tops" or "pen lids" down your cock, I'd strongly advise that you consult your doctor first. Once your doctor stops laughing and realises you are serious, ask him about the pros, cons and dangers involved.
While stretching may work for some (though not for all, by any means), it is far safer then what Jim suggests. Perhaps you could get your doctor to refer you to a specialist to get some objective information on the subject.
