With all of the nonensical posting recently by our resident heckler, it's a bit tough to sort the wheat from the chaff, but in your case, let's assume you're serious about your question. Normally, common sense would dictate the course of action, and certainly with a partner, it would have been easy to sort out immediately. You can understand why your post might seem suspect, as the heckler has absolutely no common sense.
When that happens, take hold of the glans and pinch it tightly to force the blood out of it. In doing so, it becomes small enough to allow the foreskin to come back of the glans.
Waiting as long as you have necessitates using cold, rather than hot, to shrink the tissue which is holding fluids. Put some ice cubes in a sandwich baggie and hold it to the area which is swollen. Do this for about ten to fifteen minutes max, and then try the pinching method.
