i just had case of balanits and the very tip foreskin was very sore and really red all most bleeding. after it heal it self up could this be phimotic ring? happening in progress. when i was 14 i can pull my forskin back and see the vains of the penis and skin was pull back when erect. now at 38 a bunch of skin right under the head of the penis is this phimotic ring when erect and very easy to have 3/4 of my foreskin cover when erect is normal. could i devloped phimotic ring over time to have a tight foreskin?
