The record pretty well speaks for itself. Paraphimosis is relatively rare anyway, and most victims usually figure it out for themselves, so the clamour the heckler is raising is hardly worth the effort to answer him. If you'll read Dr Fleiss' article, you'll learn that that there are many non-invasive procedures used throughout the world which prevent having to mutilate the penis in order to return the skin to its proper place.
