Sadly I don't know of pictures of adhesions, but I do have some pictures about quite high attached fraenulums, that, while they look like if there was some "problem" because they're so up to the meatus, don't cause real trouble.

ok :]
>If a look down at my penis with the foreskin retracted, it seems like everything is ok. I can see the glans up to the corona (is this the correct term? Where the head ends?). But if I turn the penis, the other side of the head, under the meatus, is completly covered by the foreskin. When the foreskin is retracted, the peehole faces down instead of forward.
It can still be a good example of these high-starting fraenulums. Do you mean that if you just simply retract it, just behind the head, not further, the head is pulled downwards? Is it not perhaps because you twist your cock and pull the skin more back than right behind the head?
At other place than this you mentioned, is there anything attached? Can you follow the darker reddish line of the corona till the "cheeks" of the glans? (yes, you named the corona correctly)
Just for the record, my cockhead bends down when I pull at the skin further than right behind the head. It doesn't cause problems. And it does it even though my skin is /rather/ loose.
