A tight frenulum cannot be blamed for creating an adhesion. The regular production of smegma would have prevented the fusion of the tissue.

What else has been going on in your life? These kinds of these don't just spontaneously happen without reason. Has there been any kind of activity in which you participated that could have caused injury? Have you had any infections on your penis? Are you sexually active? How many partners? Let's get all of the info out on the table so Dr Paul has an opportunity to understand your problem more fully.
