OK, well we've confirmed that. This means that when you pull the foreskin back, it shows the corona (rim of the glans) on the topside, and then instead of rolling back the same distance all around, is pulled drastically forward to where the underneath "cheeks" are. Pity I can't draw this easily.

Sounds the best idea. I suspect they will peel back with some stretching, and be just a little uncomfortable when they do - at which point you must make a point of preventing them from sticking on again, both by pulling them back frequently (a few times a day) and using some ointment - not necessarily the steroid - Zinc and Castor Oil, infant's "nappy" or "diaper" cream should be very good for this.
