Yes! And the line of adhesion is just under the meatus. That's why the meatus is stretched and pointing down when foreskin is retracted. I believe you have the right picture in your head.

I suspect they will peel back with some stretching, and be just a little uncomfortable when they do - at which point you must make a point of preventing them from sticking on again, both by pulling them back frequently (a few times a day) and using some ointment - not necessarily the steroid - Zinc and Castor Oil, infant's "nappy" or "diaper" cream should be very good for this.If I get to this stage with no surgical intervention it will be very good. Do you know of some similar case? Anyone posting here or somewhere else had this same problem and solved it by his own?
