He's referring to yeast, candida albicans. The yeast naturally grows in and on the body, but is kept in control by the natural bacteria that we also have in and on us. The yeast infections are often brought about by a regimen of antibiotics which kill off even the good bacteria, thus leaving the body without its natural defense. Yogurt has some of these good bacteria, if you can get the kind with live culture. The label should state this. Ingesting helps, but an even faster method often used by women, is to smear some of the yogurt on the infected parts. The cavity under the foreskin would be where you would put it. Some will no doubt poke fun at this ancient medical procedure, but it works.

Yeast infections can also come from sexual contact with another who is infected. Diet, in addition, contributes to the proliferation of yeast. They feed on sugars, so someone who is infected should temporarily abstain from anything containing sugar or substances which the body converts into sugar, or at least make a good attempt at doing so.

If you are infected, the foreskin is probably not the only place there is a problem, although each body can relate to the infection quite differently. Digestive problems are common, especially gas and bloating.
