If you have researched and are asking, you must have missed this forum's archives. Look for Jake Booth's entries about stretching, and good luck. Since you are in the UK it might be reasonable to go and see what a doctor says. Ask about this condition and tell him/her that you want to try to solve it without operations.
Basically, it's like this: pull the foreskin forward by grabbing the tip of it, so that it now forms a tube. Move your hands away from each other (to left and right, respectively) as much as you can without pain, so it now forms a tapering tube or something. Main spot is that you put tension on the skin, making it react to that with growth.Good luck.
PS: I honestly haven't ever seen anyone aged 29, by the name someone who should be native in English, spell worse than I did at six.
>ok having reserched,i have frenlum breve from what i can tell, after trying the steriod cream disporone, which has had no effect whatsoever, and stretching which is nigh on impossible as it hurts too much,(barely any glans visible at any time)i assume now that somesort of surgical intervention is needed,i'm 29 been married 10 months today and had intercourse just 5 times in those 10 months,if i have to wait a year or more for surgery i worried my wife will go elsewhere for sexual intercourse, any advice on gp's that do the proceedure on a day basis from there own surgery?,any other advice? any help would be great to start to save my marriage and my sanity!!
