Day surgery...

Most adult circumcisions are peformed under a local anesthetic and can take somewhere around 30 - 45 minutes. However, if you only have a tight frenulum then you could well not need a circumcision to resolve the problem, in which case it will probably take 10 minutes to resolve. If you have a general anesthetic then some places will keep you in over night as routine.

If you are not prepared to wait for the NHS then the only other option is to go private. After several months of stretching I did not see any progress so I decide to go private to finally get my tight foreskin and frenulum solved.
