Most adult circumcisions are peformed under a local anesthetic and can take somewhere around 30 - 45 minutes. However, if you only have a tight frenulum then you could well not need a circumcision to resolve the problem, in which case it will probably take 10 minutes to resolve. If you have a general anesthetic then some places will keep you in over night as routine.

This looked like medical advice to me so I just thought you were a doctor. Doctors talk a lot about cutting so that's why I thought that I guess. You seem to talk a lot about cutting. What do you mean bottle caps?
